Before using Peoples' Voice, make sure you have your account number(s) handy and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) available.
The first-time you call Peoples’ Voice, you will use the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. You will be prompted to change your PIN to a different number.
Wait for the greeting, and then follow the simple instructions. You will be offered a series of menu selections from which to choose. To access these selections from the Opening Menu given, simply press the corresponding numbers(s) on your telephone.
