Find out below how to report your lost or stolen Debit/ATM Card, VISA Credit Card or NSU One Card.

Debit or ATM Cards

 If your ATM or Debit Card is stolen, lost or a transaction was made without your permission, you must notify us immediately. There are several ways to notify Card Services:

  • Call (800) 988-8516, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Call or visit your local branch during business hours

VISA® Credit Cards

If you believe your VISA Credit Card has been stolen, lost or a transaction was made without your permission, you must notify us immediately.

  • Call (800) 423-7503, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Call or visit your local branch during business hours

Northwestern State University ID Card

Northwestern-StateIf your NSU ID is linked to a Peoples State Bank Purple Power Account, you will need to call Peoples State Bank Card Services Department at (800) 988-8516 or (318) 256-4367. You will also need to call the NSU One Card Office at (318) 357-5131 to have a new card reissued. Peoples State Bank is not able to reissue your NSU ID.
