How do I contact Peoples’ Voice?

Peoples' Voice can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-988-8516 or 318-256-4350.



What can I do with Peoples’ Voice?

Your easy voice connection 24 hours a day to:

  • Your checking or savings account
  • Your CD(s)
  • Your Loan(s)
  • Transfer funds between PSB accounts
  • Report a lost or stolen Debit/ATM Card
  • Verify checks if you are a Merchant

Peoples' Voice offers immediate access to the information you need most often, allowing you to:

  • Make account balance inquiries
  • Hear your account transactions (checks, deposits, ACH)
  • Verify social security deposits as well as other electronic funds or ATM transactions
  • Verify direct deposits, automatic transfers or payments
  • Make transfers and loan payments


How do I use Peoples’ Voice?
  • After you sign up for Peoples' Voice at any full service location, you can call Peoples' Voice from any Touch Tone phone. (318) 256-4350 or (800) 988-8516
  • Before using Peoples' Voice, make sure you have your account number(s) handy and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) available.
  • The first-time you call Peoples’ Voice, you will use the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number. You will be prompted to change your PIN to a different number.
  • Wait for the greeting, and then follow the simple instructions. You will be offered a series of menu selections from which to choose. To access these selections from the Opening Menu given, simply press the corresponding numbers(s) on your telephone.


Peoples’ Voice for Merchant
  • Call Peoples’ Voice from any Touch Tone phone at (318) 256-4350 or (800) 988-8516.
  • With Peoples’ Voice you can:
    • Verify funds up to $2,500.00
    • Verify funds 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or while the customer is still in the store
  • To use Peoples’ Voice you will need:
    • Your PIN
    • Customer’s account number
